Reporting Holidays

TimeRepo allows employees to report 2 types of holidays, a public holiday and a substitute holiday.

Public Holiday
A public holiday is meant to be used for days of the year in which a statutory holiday applies (e.g. Christmas Day).

Substitute Holiday
A substitute holiday is meant to be used for situations where an agreement between an employer and employee has been made where the employee agrees to work on a public holiday, and in return is given a day off in the near future.
